 ⚫️ ZPrinter-650 Full-color printing

zprinter-650-samples.jpgThe ZPrinter-650 is up to 10 times faster than other comparable machines.

600x540dpi resolution in 24bit full-color means that up to 390,000 colors are available.

The core material is a plaster-based powder which is solidified with binder, and finally with our unique, in-house curing method.


Low cost, high speed printing
With a vertical build speed of 25-50mm/hr, reduced production time means lower cost.

24bit full-color binding. 600x540dpi fine nozzle easily replicates small color detail.
CMYK 4-color details can be printed on the surface of the product.
Full-color print technology allows for accurate reproduction of the original colors.
Labels and annotations can be printed directly on the product for reference, further enhancing the usefulness of prototypes.

Material: high performance composite of gypsum powder
Finish: Full color outer layer is coated with a bonding agent to improve strength.
Additionally, can be clear coated, or wax coated for a smoother finish.
Suitable for: models (demonstration, architecture, vehicles, etc), figurines, mock-ups, etc.

For people who have experienced the Z450 printer we strongly urge you to try the Z650.
While colors on the Z450 sometimes have a slightly washed-out appearance, the Z650 uses true black ink for greater sharpness.

objet30 air plane image 2.jpgThe Objet Polyjet system uses an ink-jet system to finely layer an ABS-like resin which is cured via an AV light.

Complex and curved surfaces can be reproduced smoothly in various materials, ranging from acrylic types to clear and from rigid to rubber-like. Time and cost savings over traditional molding / milling processes are considerable.

Material: rigid plastic (Vero family: black, white, blue, grey), rigid transparent plastic (VeroClear),
high-temperature plastic (RGD525), polypropylene-like plastic (DurusWhite)
Finish: smooth monochrome or clear
Suitable for: prototypes, functional testing in hot air & water-flow applications, mold-production, etc.

⚫️  SLS / Selective Laser Sintering

DSC00071.jpg* Using a high-powered carbon dioxide laser to sinter powdered particles allows for accurate reproduction of complex geometries.

* Because of the high strength and superior physical properties of this method, close fitting parts such as snap-fittings and hinges are possible.

* As well as being the toughest material we offer, it also offers the largest printing size possible.

⚫️ SL / SLA / Stereolithography

DDD-207.jpgAn ultraviolet laser applied to the surface of a UV-curable resin creates the surface layer by layer.

The thickness of layers is 0.05mm - .1mm allowing for extremely accurate reproduction, smooth surfaces, and complex shapes. Transparent objects are also possible.

 ⚫️ Digital wax

dws.JPGUtilizing a blue edge laser and galvanometer scanner with SL technology to faithfully reproduce every detail in high quality, digital wax is popular for jewelry modeling and dental applications. Laminations are barely perceptible.

Special-purpose jewelry resin is available to make casts with a very clean finish, making them much easier to produce.
